DMCA Policy

Sticky Hub respects the intellectual property of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we respond promptly to valid notices of alleged infringement.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted on Sticky Hub without authorization, send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. Identification of the material on Sticky Hub that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to let us locate it (a direct URL is best).
4. Your contact information: name, address, phone number, and email.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Designated Copyright Agent

Notices sent by email are processed the fastest. Physical mail is accepted but takes longer.

What Happens Next

1. We review your notice within 24–48 hours.
2. If the notice is complete and valid, we remove or disable access to the material.
3. We notify the user who uploaded the material.
4. The uploader has the option to file a counter-notice (see below).

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you can file a counter-notice. It must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was a mistake.
4. Your name, address, and phone number.
5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the US, in the district where Sticky Hub is registered).

We will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant. If they don't file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Accounts that receive three (3) valid DMCA takedown notices within a rolling 12-month period will be permanently terminated. All associated content is deleted. Any purchased content on the account is forfeited.

Misrepresentation Warning

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you knowingly materially misrepresent that material is infringing or was removed by mistake. Only file a DMCA notice if you're certain of your rights.
