3. Uploading Content

When you upload content to Sticky Hub, you affirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to distribute it.
• Every person appearing in the content is 18+ and gave informed, written consent.
• The content complies with our Community Guidelines.
• You retain valid 2257 records for all performers (see our 2257 Statement).

You grant Sticky Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, stream, and display your uploads while your account is active.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Upload illegal content (see Community Guidelines)
• Scrape, mirror, or redistribute the site's content
• Attempt to hack, break, or bypass security measures
• Use bots or automated tools to manipulate views, likes, or comments
• Impersonate other users, creators, or Sticky Hub staff
• Use the site for spam, phishing, or malware distribution

5. Purchases and Refunds

• Prices and premium subscriptions are shown in USD.
• All purchases are final. Refunds are only offered for technical issues (video won't play, wrong content delivered).
• Refund requests must be sent within 7 days of purchase to billing@sticky-hub.com.
• Chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.

6. Intellectual Property

Sticky Hub's name, logo, code, and design are the property of Sticky Hub. Individual uploaded content remains the property of its creator. Report copyright infringement via our DMCA process.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, at any time, for any reason — especially for violating these Terms or the Community Guidelines. If your account is terminated, you may lose access to purchased content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sticky Hub is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% secure. Use at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sticky Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Sticky Hub is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
